§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will list the areas eligible for aid to textile firms under the measures adopted by the Council of Ministers in January 1984 and the allocation to each of these areas; and what information he has as to applications already submitted by local and public authorities in respect of this allocation.
§ Mr. TrippierAid is not available to textile firms under the measures referred to except for diversification into new products in other sectors. The provisional24W allocations of ERDF aid and additional central Government contributions for eligible projects in the areas concerned is as follows:
