§ Mr. Altonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what response he plans to make to the recent recommendation of the Environment Committee in its report on the operation and effectiveness of the Wildlife and Countryside Act that the pre-notification system currently in existence for national parks be extended on a countrywide basis.
