§ Mr. Winnickasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if the late Mr. Harry Newton was given any sums of public money since 1979; and if he will make a statement;
(2) whether he will call for a report from (a) the Metropolitan police and (b) the West Yorkshire police forces as to whether the late Mr. Harry Newton received any payments from the police force in question; and if he will make a statement.
