§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will set up an official scheme whereby money contributed voluntarily towards famine relief in Ethiopia will attract a pound-for-pound supplement from Her Majesty's Government.
§ Mr. RaisonI do not see the need for any new scheme. Both the public and the Government have responded generously to the needs of Ethiopia and other drought affected parts of Africa and will, I am sure, continue to do so.
