§ Mr. Nicholas Wintertonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will give a breakdown for each of the years since 1969 of the total numbers of conceptions and the rate of such conceptions per 1,000 women in each age group which led to live or still maternities which were (a) legitimate, (b) illegitimate or (c) legitimate following marriage after conception, and for conceptions terminated by abortion, of women aged (i) under 16 years and (ii) under 20 years at the time of such conceptions.
