§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list all inquiries which took place at Government communications headquarters, arising from the Falklands conflict concerning alleged breaches of the Official Secrets Act.
§ Mr. RifkindThere has been one alleged case at GCHQ, which has required some investigating, but it would not be right to give any further information, and I would refer the hon. Gentleman to the answer given to him yesterday by my right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General.
