§ Mr. MacfarlaneNo specific advice has been sought, but my right hon. Friend published proposals in his consultation paper and in the subsequent revised proposals paper and he will be guided by the advice of the London Planning Commission and by the views of the London boroughs on the detail of any strategic guidance he may issue.
