asked the Secretary of State for the Environmentif he will place a copy of the review of the financial implications of the implementation of sect ions 12 to 14 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 in the Library.

There is no review document as such, but I will place in the Library as soon as it is available a statement summing up the information obtained.
