§ Mr. Nellistasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will place a copy of the Manpower Services Commission's memorandum 894/1, which deals with appraisal of youth training scheme programmes, and 894/5 which deals with accidents to young persons on the youth training scheme in the Library.
