§ Mr. David Mitchell[pursuant to his reply, 4 March 1985, c. 369]: The following seven vessels—one cargo ship and six fishing vessels — have been lost in unexplained circumstances in the five years 1980–84 and have been described as "missing" in the Departmental records.
