How many Yugoslav citizens have been deported from the United Kingdom in each of the past five years for which records are available, and how many in those years asked for political asylum; how many were granted asylum and how many refused; how many applied for permission to reside in the United Kingdom; how many of those applications were granted and how many refused.

The numbers of Yugoslav citizens deported in the past five years were: 1980–4, 1981–4, 1982–2, 1983–3, 1984–4.

The numbers of Yugoslav citizens applying for asylum and the results of those applications in the last five years were as follows:

Information is not available on the numbers of persons whose applications for permanent residence are refused.
