§ 15. Mr. Abseasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will ensure that the settlement of his claim against IDC Ltd., in respect of defective construction work at the Bangor nurses' home, Ysbyty Gwynedd, does not contain any stipulations about confidentiality of any of its terms similar to the settlement made in relation to the University of Wales hospital.
§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe claim against IDC has been made by the Welsh Health Technical Services Organisation which will not enter any agreement that would preclude reporting the terms of the settlement to Parliament.
