§ Sir George YoungNo information is held centrally on housing associations sales completed in England with a discount on market valuation. However, between April 1979 and September 1984, 6,910 housing association dwellings were sold to sitting tenants in England, representing 1.7 per cent. of the housing associations' fair rent stock at 1 April 1984. In addition, 25,360 co-ownership sales were completed during that period.
