§ Mr. John Stradling ThomasInformation on the receipt of school meals by age of pupil is not available centrally. The total numbers of pupils receiving free meals at nursery, primary, secondary and special schools—on a specific day in the autumn of each year — are published annually in "Statistics of Education in Wales", copies of which are in the Library.
