§ Mr. Nicholas Wintertonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services why the Health Education Council declined to make any contribution towards the production or distribution costs of the recently released video produced by the organisation Family and Youth Concern, entitled "Let's Talk About Love"; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. John PattenThe video film "Let's Talk about Love" was produced by the research and education trust of The Responsible Society. I understand that the Health Education Council, in considering an approach for help in340W funding the production, asked for certain changes in the proposed script. The Responsible Society decided however to proceed without the Council's assistance.
