§ Mr. John PattenThe cost of services to combat drug abuse are not identified separately in the accounts of health authorities or estimated costs of family practitioner services. Under a central funded initiative an additional £10 million is available over three years for projects providing services for drug misusers. Also £2 million has been allocated for a major education and prevention campaign which was launched on 27 February.
