asked the Secretary of State for Employment what arrangements exist for reports of accidents to be made by employers to the Health and Safety Executive other than fatal accidents, serious injuries and dangerous occurences, as defined by the Notification of Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations.

There are no formal arrangements for the reporting of accidents by employers direct to the Health and Safety Executive other than those made by the Notification of Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations.
