§ Mr. YoungerThe review of the use of surveillance equipment has recently been completed and revised498W guidelines have been issued to the police in Scotland. Following a separate review, guidelines on special branches also have been issued. I am arranging for copies of both sets of guidelines to be placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
