(2) if he will provide figures showing the number of crimes other than of theft and violence involving under 21-year-olds for each of the last five years for which figures are available.

The available information is for offenders found guilty or cautioned and is published annually in "Criminal Statistics, England and Wales" (table 5.17 of the volume for 1983, Cmnd. 9349, and in the corresponding table in the volumes for earlier years).
