§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether any part of the cost of the EEC subsidy to the Association of Former Trainees of the European Communities to mount a demonstration in Milan on 29 June will fall on the British taxpayer directly or indirectly.
§ Mr. Ian StewartThe European Commission provides the Association with an office and secretarial services in one of its buildings in Brussels. There is no other subsidy. The costs of the services provided fall on the Community budget. The association has not indicated that any such demonstrations has been planned.
