§ Mr. BrookeMy right hon. Friend has received some 80 representations concerning the proposal currently under consideration by the National Advisory Body for Public Sector Higher Education regarding the future of initial teacher training at the college of St. Mark and St. John., Plymouth. I cannot anticipate what advice the NAB will submit on the distribution of initial teacher training intakes between public sector institutions from 1986, but in reaching decisions my right hon. Friend will wish to give careful consideration to the representations made to him concerning individual institutions.
