§ Mr. Cabornasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will arrange for the text of the speech made 344W by Mr. C. Roberts of the British Overseas Trade Board to the British South African Trade Association in Cape Town in March 1985 to be placed in the Library.
§ Mr. ChannonI have already done so. Mr. Roberts is an official of the Department of Trade and Industry and his speech was approved in advance by Ministers.
