§ Mr. LuceWe condemned the Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 1982, and welcomed the Israeli Government's decision to end their occupation. We have made it clear to the Israeli Government that we look for the early and complete withdrawal of all Israeli forces from Lebanese territory.
