asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when the Registrar of the Northern Ireland Lands Tribunal expects to be able to list for hearing the case of Mr. W. R. Mahood v Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland (Roads Service) concerning land at 68A Bangor Road, Newtownards.
