§ Mr. Dobsonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, pursuant to the answer of 18 June, Official Report, column 117, relating to expenditure on activity concerning alcohol misuse, if he will indicate the basis upon which the figure of £400,000 for 1985–86 has been calculated; how this compares with the basis used for calculating the figures in the table of expenditure for the years 1979–80 to 1984–85; and if he will indicate the price base used for each set of figures.
