§ Mr. John PattenOfficials of this Department have recently held informal discussions with interested bodies about the proposal contained in the Health Departments' discussion document "Drinking Sensibly", to establish an 199W Alcohol Forum. The question of financial support for a forum is one of a number of matters which will be the subject of further discussions.
