§ 26. Mr. David Marshallasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will introduce legislation to amend the Rent (Scotland) Act 1984 so as to enable local authorities to have a fair rent registered in any tenancy, so long as the fair rent is not any higher than the existing rent.
