§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish details of the research being undertaken by his Department into the movement of nurses between the public and private sectors.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeWe are funding research into the movement of nursing staff between the National Health Service and the independent sector which is being carried out by Professors Williams and Knowledon of the medical care research unit, Sheffield university. Fieldwork is due to be completed by the end of this year and we expect a report in mid-1986.
