§ Mr. RentonWe channel our assistance to voluntary efforts largely through the member agencies of the Disasters Emergency Committee. We have therefore suggested to representatives of operation roadrunner that they should offer their services through one of the established voluntary agencies operating in Sudan, to whom we have already provided very substantial assistance.
