§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI am pleased to announce that Mr. Christopher Holland QC will be the lawyer member of the inquiry team and will act as vice chairman. Professor Patrick O'Sullivan, chair of architectural sciences, University of Wales, Institute of Science and Technology, Cardiff will be the engineer member.
