§ Mr. JoplingWe have accepted in general terms the principal recommendations of two major reviews bearing on the administration and other features of the veterinary investigation service as stated previously in my right hon. Friend's reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Torridge and Devon, West (Sir P. Mills) on 13 November 1984 on Professor Bell's report of a study of ADAS and in my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Tiverton (Mr. Maxwell-Hyslop) on 15 April 1985 on an efficiency study of the veterinary investigation service. Copies of these reports are in the Library of the House.
