§ 11. Mr. Sean Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he proposes to implement the recommendations of the Williams report dealing with higher education in Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. ScottI have welcomed this report and its recommendations are now being considered by the Department of Education for Northern Ireland and other interested parties. Implementation is mainly a matter for higher education institutions on both sides of the border.
