Mr. William Ross

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) what percentage return on the capital costs of constructing the Richmond centre he expects when all the accommodation currently accepted or occupied by tenants is producing rent;

(2)if he will list in the Official Report the tenants of the office accommodation in the Richmond centre in Londonderry; and if he will indicate (a) the minimum, (b) the maximum and (c) the average rent paid per square foot for such accommodation;

(3)what are the current annual interest charges being paid on the sums expended on the Richmond centre; and what was the total final cost of the centre;

(4)what rental is being paid by the Housing Executive, per square foot, for its accommodation in the Richmond centre, Londonderry; and what was the annual cost over each of the last five years in respect of the accommodation presently occupied by those elements of the Housing Executive which are transferring to the Richmond centre;

(5)if he will list in the Official Report the commercial tenants of the Richmond centre in Londonderry and indicate (a) the minimum, (b) the maximum and (c) the average rents being paid per square foot and the total income from such tenants.
