§ Mr. AncramThe Scottish Office does not hold the detailed information on the valuation of all properties in a local area on which such estimates of numbers qualifying in Edinburgh would have to be based. I have asked Lothian region to provide my hon. Friend with what estimates it may have available for the Edinburgh area.
