§ Mr. ButcherI refer the hon. Member to my reply on 15 February at column 305. Since then the only discussions between my Department and the Radio Society of Great Britain on licensing categories have been in respect of proposals very recently put forward by the society for an intermediate licence. These draft proposals envisage class B licensees operating Morse on certain HF frequencies after passing a 5 wpm Morse test. My Department is considering these proposals.
