§ Mr. RaisonBritish aid to Nicaragua consists of a small number of scholarships in the United Kingdom; support for small development projects co-financed with British voluntary agencies; and assistance to Nicaraguan refugees and displaced persons through appeals by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
