§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will estimate the total costs arising from staff redundancies following abolition of the Greater London council;
(2) what level of savings he has now positively identified arising out of the abolition of the Greater London council;
(3) what transitional costs will arise out of abolition of the Greater London council.
