§ Mr. Wyn RobertsMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales has approved the authority's report with modifications. A copy of the report, as modified, has been placed in the Library, together with a copy of the Secretary of State's letter of approval to the chairman of the Welsh Water Authority.
