§ Mr. WaddingtonMr. Dikko's solicitors have today been informed that my right hon. and learned Friend has refused his application for asylum. My right hon. and learned Friend is still considering the application made by the Nigerian authorities for Mr. Dikko's extradition. This involves consideration of matters additional to those relating to the asylum application.
