§ Mr. Peter BottomleySince 1979 20 sets of health and safety regulations imposing new controls have been made and a substantial volume of outdated legislation has been repealed, revoked or amended. Eight approved codes of practice and a considerable amount of guidance literature have been published by the Health and Safety Commission and Executive.
