Mr. Stephen Ross

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) if he will publish in the Official Report the number of persons who were initially detainedunder other Acts, and were charged under the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Acts in each of the years of the operation of the Acts;

(2) how many persons detained under the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Acts were charged with (a) offences under the Acts and (b) offences under other Acts in each of the years of the operation of the Acts.
