§ Mr. Michael SpicerIn March 1983 the European Commission asked all member states to provide details of inter-airline commercial agreements and the Government did so in accordance with Community obligations. The Commissioner for Transport has recently announced that the Commission is instituting proceedings under Article 169 of the Treaty of Rome against seven member states who have not so far provided the information.
