ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish in the Official Report annexes (1), (2), (3), (5), (6) and (7) to the letter sent by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise to the European Commission on 28 December 1977 concerning derogations under article 27(5) of the sixth Council directive on the harmonisation of turnover taxes.
