§ Sir George YoungThe numbers of dwellings which the London boroughs and the Greater London council had reported as being under construction for them at the end of 1984, appear in table 1{a) of "Local Housing Statistics" No. 73: a copy is in the Library. Subsequently, Hounslow and Newham have reported, respectively, 123 and 474 dwellings under construction at that time.
