HC Deb 03 June 1985 vol 80 cc58-9W
Mr. Flannery

asked the Secretary of State for Employment if he intends to take any new action to ensure that arrangements for reporting accidents are implemented as soon as possible.

Mr. Peter Bottomley

As stated in my reply of 22 May 1985 at column 420, the Health and Safety Commission is considering proposals for new regulations to replace the Notification of Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (NADOR) 1980. These would serve as a basis for a comprehensive long term information system. The intention is to have such a system in operation as soon as possible.
