§ Mr. ButlerThe total acquisition costs used in assessing the bids for the Tucano and PC9 comprised the purchase price of 130 aircraft, two forward fuselages for simulators, and technical publications, together with the cost of initial spares, ground support equipment, additional simulator facilities, reserve engines and a small contingency.
