§ Sir George YoungMy Department has recently asked all English housing authorities to complete a return, detailing the expenditure they consider is needed on their own housing, their estimated expenditure in 1985–86 on the works identified, and their proposed programme for 1986–87. The returns from this inquiry are currently being analysed.
