§ Mr. AncramThirty responses were received to the consultation paper issued by the Scottish Development 855W Department on 17 May 1984. General support for the concept of simplified planning zones was expressed in 10 of the responses, although some of these included comments on the details of the proposals. Four responses did not contain views either in favour or against the concept of simplified planning zones.
