§ Ms. Richardsonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is his latest estimate for the number of (a) one-parent families and (b) two-parent families receiving (i) certificated housing benefit and (ii) standard housing benefit; in each case what is the average amount of (1) rent rebate and (2) rate rebate; and what are the numbers receiving benefit as a percentage of those eligible.
