§ Mr. Kilroy-Silk
asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what proportion of discharged prisoners in any recent convenient period received (a) the standard discharge grant and (b) the higher rate discharge grant payable to homeless prisoners.

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what proportion of prisoners discharged from Liverpool, Birmingham and Pentonville prisons, respectively, in any recent convenient period received (a) the standard discharge grant and (b) the higher rate discharge grant, payable to homeless prisoners.
